Settlement questions

Who can release funds?

Nobody unilaterally. Ordinary release: Buyer + Supplier. After an Award: Buyer + Arbitrator (refund) or Supplier + Arbitrator (release).

Is staged funding still used?

Yes. Eligible deals keep staged funding and release (illustrative default 5% · 10% · 35% · 50%). Exact shares are in the signed schedules.

What does SkyTrust do?

Platform operator and Appointing Authority. It does not decide disputes on the merits and is not a 2-of-3 settlement signatory.

What happens on dispute?

The platform pauses settlement operations. The Sole Arbitrator issues a written Award; execution follows the 2-of-3 paths above.
