Authorisation
Settlement instructions, release requests, acceptance, objections and address changes require authenticated Portal users with defined authority. Multi-party confirmation applies to material changes such as settlement address updates.
Portal records as evidence
Funding events, locking status, document uploads, inspection reports, acceptance timestamps, release instructions and refund actions are recorded in the transaction journal with date, user, status and linked documents. These records support audit, dispute resolution and escrow decision-making.
Alghaf Marine does not accept payment instruction changes via WhatsApp, Telegram or informal email outside the verified Portal workflow.
