Digital Asset Disclosure
Risks and controls associated with USDT and USDC settlement in qualifying Diesel FOB desk transactions.
Last updated: 25 July 2026
Supported assets
Where digital settlement is agreed for a transaction, publicly supported stablecoins are USDT and USDC only. Use of other tokens or networks requires explicit written agreement. This website does not list supported networks as permanent public payment rails.
Transaction-specific instructions
The supported digital asset, blockchain network and transaction-specific settlement address are confirmed exclusively in the Trading Portal and contractual documents for each deal. dieselfob.com does not publish permanent wallet addresses, QR codes or reusable settlement endpoints. Any address communicated outside those channels should be treated as unauthorised until verified through portal or contractual confirmation.
Blockchain and technology risks
Digital asset transfers involve material risks, including:
- network congestion, forks or protocol changes affecting confirmation times;
- smart contract, bridge or custodial infrastructure failures;
- issuer, de-pegging or redemption risks relating to stablecoin issuers;
- cybersecurity incidents targeting wallets, keys or settlement systems;
- regulatory actions that may restrict transfer, custody or conversion.
Alghaf Marine DMCC does not control blockchain networks or third-party issuers. Participants bear technology and market risks associated with digital assets.
Irreversibility
Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible once confirmed. Errors in amount, asset type or destination cannot be undone through this website or Alghaf. You are responsible for verifying all details before sending funds.
Wrong network or asset
Sending USDT or USDC on an incorrect blockchain network, or sending an unsupported token, may result in permanent loss or prolonged recovery efforts with no guarantee of success. Recovery, if possible, may depend on third-party custodians, networks or fees borne by the sender. Always match network and asset to portal-confirmed instructions.
AML and compliance
Digital settlement is subject to counterparty qualification, sanctions screening and AML requirements described in our Privacy Policy and Compliance materials. Transfers may be delayed, rejected or returned where screening, documentation or source-of-funds review is incomplete or unsatisfactory. Alghaf and appointed escrow or settlement parties may require additional verification before crediting funds.
Fees
Network gas fees, exchange fees, banking charges and custodial fees may apply to digital settlement. Unless expressly agreed otherwise in contract, such fees are typically borne by the party initiating the transfer or as allocated in the transaction documents. Published website content does not quote fee schedules.
No custody advice
This disclosure does not recommend wallets, exchanges or self-custody practices. You should use institutional-grade controls appropriate to your organisation and seek independent advice where needed.
