Official product-specific trading website operated by ALGHAF MARINE DMCC

Process

Full transaction process

From commercial application through transaction completion — eleven controlled stages with independent escrow and digital settlement.

Stages

Eleven stages to a completed deal

Each stage has defined evidence, responsible parties and portal records. Settlement percentages are defined only in signed documents.

DieselFOB.com is a product-specific trading website operated by ALGHAF MARINE DMCC.

  1. Commercial application — Buyer submits company details, volume, delivery basis, port or terminal, schedule and role in the transaction via the request form or direct inquiry.
  2. Compliance review — Legal entity, signatory, beneficial ownership, source of funds, sanctions screening, wallet ownership intent and end-use purpose are assessed. What is checked →
  3. Portal onboarding — Qualified buyers receive Trading Portal access: OTP authentication, company profile, settlement profile and authorised users. Onboarding overview →
  4. Transaction creation — A deal record is opened in the Portal with product, volume, price, Incoterms, schedule, appointed escrow agent, settlement operator, settlement asset and funding milestones.
  5. Contracting — SPA, Proforma Invoice, product specification, escrow agreement, settlement instructions and inspection terms are executed electronically. Document pack →
  6. Wallet verification — Buyer registers the sender address in the Portal. Ownership confirmation, AML and blockchain risk screening and return-address approval are completed before funding. Wallet verification →
  7. Funding — The Portal assigns a transaction-specific settlement address. Buyer sees amount, asset, network, deadline and funding instructions — never a public website address.
  8. Escrow locking — After network confirmation: funds received → compliance confirmed → locked under the transaction and visible in the settlement ledger.
  9. Supply execution — Alghaf Marine performs contractual operations: allocation, terminal coordination, vessel nomination, third-party inspection, loading and shipping documentation.
  10. Release — Milestone evidence is uploaded to the Portal. The appointed escrow agent reviews documents, confirms the milestone and authorises release; the settlement operator executes the applicable tranche.
  11. Acceptance and closing — Final settlement is issued, any remaining balance is closed, a transaction statement is generated and the deal receives Completed status.

Illustrative process only. Actual milestones, funding stages and release conditions are defined in the signed SPA, escrow agreement and Trading Portal record for each transaction.
