Defines product grade, volume, price mechanics, delivery basis (FOB, CIF, STS or terminal), laycan, inspection point, acceptance provisions, force majeure and governing law.
Proforma Invoice (PI)
Commercial summary linked to the SPA: contract value, currency reference, settlement asset where applicable and payment milestone structure.
Escrow agreement
Signed by buyer, Alghaf Marine and the appointed independent escrow agent. Sets release conditions, refund rules, dispute notice periods and the escrow agent's limited mandate.
Settlement instructions
Transaction-specific digital settlement parameters: supported asset (USDT or USDC), blockchain network, funding address, deadlines and verified sender/return addresses. Issued only inside the Trading Portal after wallet verification.
Inspection terms
Scope, inspector nomination, sampling method, pass/fail criteria, report delivery and linkage to milestone release and buyer review period under the SPA.
