The buyer is granted the review period specified in the SPA for the allocated batch. If no substantiated objection is lodged within that period in accordance with the contract, the applicable acceptance and release provisions of the SPA may take effect. This is not an automatic or informal release — escrow acts only on documented conditions and Portal-recorded instructions.
