DieselFOB.com is a product-specific trading website operated by ALGHAF MARINE DMCC.
One regulated institution, two functions
SkyTrust Limited is appointed as both the independent Escrow Agent and the administrator of digital settlement. There is no separate third-party settlement operator. SkyTrust administers the transaction-specific wallet, holds funded amounts in escrow under the Escrow Agreement, and executes authorised releases and refunds in USDT or USDC when the agreed contractual events occur.
What SkyTrust does as settlement administrator

- Records inbound transfers with hash, asset, network and status
- Applies AML and blockchain risk screening
- Holds funded amounts in escrow until the release or refund event
- Executes release only after contractual milestone and evidence requirements are met

What the Trading Portal does
The Alghaf Trading Portal is the authenticated transaction interface and audit layer. It displays contracts, the transaction wallet address, funding status, milestone evidence, acceptance records and the time-stamped history. The Portal does not independently hold, control or release escrow funds — it records and documents actions performed under SkyTrust's administration.
Supported assets publicly referenced: USDT and USDC. Network and transaction-specific addresses are confirmed only in the Portal and contractual documents.
